Locate your zip file of Yanni Voices and double-click it. It should open in WinZip (*or other installed compression utility). If it doesn’t:

Open WinZip, then drag and drop the zip file into the open window of WinZip, and you should see the contents - 17 mp3 (music), and 1 jpg (image) files.

Either drag and drop the files from WinZip into your music folder, or use WinZip to extract the files to any directory you choose.

Of course you have the option to purchase full versions of either product or uninstall after you try… but it’s good to have a utility on your system that can handle .zip or other compressed files.

If you have navigated away from the page that offered the download of Yanni Voices, try the following:

1. Make sure you're logged in.

2. Click on STORE, in the upper navigation of site

3. Then, click on "My Account"

4. Next, click on "View Order Details"

5. Lastly, scroll down and click the link that says "Click Here to Access Your Downloads"

The first thing to verify is that the .zip file has been "unzipped". Make sure you can see the 17 mp3s (songs) and 1 jpg (image) file.
